Reply button randomly causes the message to send to print queue

Hi,

I have a strage issue. when I click Reply button for a message, the message
is sent to print queue. This occurs randomly. and the printer is also picked
up randomly (i.e. not the default printer alone).

Outlook Verison: 2003.
No Addins installed. No VBA Code.
No Rules setup.
