Reply email window is tiny!

When I hit the 'reply' button, what appears is a tiny little window (not
minimized) with the + and - symbols. Previously 'reply' brought up a full
screen and I want to return to that. I did not change any settings. How can I
make sure that Outlook 2003 opens 'reply' emails in full screen all the time?

Resize the window to the size that you want. Then hold CTRL when you click
the Close button on the right top of that window. This should force the
saving of the window size.
