Reply form not working

Help! I tried reading a post regarding what I think is the same problem I am
experiencing, but I don't understand the explanation. It is sooooo important
to speak to me in layman's terms. My website, www.adamsptsa.org, has a reply
form in it on the "2007-2008 calendar" page. When I fill in the information
and hit the "submit" button, I get a message saying the page can not be
found. I have linked the e-mail address to the submit button. In reading
the previous posts, I am confused about the uploading http and uploading ftp.
Can someone explain to me, simply step by step, what I need to do to make
this reply form work?

Thank you!

First of all your FrontPage service extensions are not installed. No amount
of instructions are going to help if they are not working.

You need to read the material a bit closer, and if you don't get it the
first time, read it again. This stuff can take a while to sink in. You could
also go to your webhost and read through the FAQs or support section for
information on how to upload using the FPSE, which is likely to be under
uploading with FrontPage, which is basically the same mechanism. You will
also find some reference as to how to activate your FPSE in the FAQs.

Then go back and read: Publisher web publication forms 101:
http://msmvps.com/blogs/dbartosik/archive/2006/01/07/80564.aspx
It will tell you how to test your FPSE.

Then when you have the extensions functional, you might find it easier to
use HTTP uploading. The directions and explanation, and the troubleshooting
pages in this group of articles are about as good as you are going to get. I
know I can't do better.

And another reference using different words: Prepare, publish, and maintain
your Publisher Web site:

WOW - Finally!!!!
I have no knowledge of HTML code so publisher has been great to work with in
designing a web page EXCEPT for the forms that I can never get to work. My
ISP (Do d a d d y) has given little to know help for over 1 year. Today I
finally deleted my forms because I could never get them to work.

Is it because I went to IE and typed ftp://mywebsite.com instead of HTTP?
I can't wait to try this tomorrow Thanks David F. BTW does it work
regardless of which type of retrieval method. I also had a question on
after submit what page does publisher direct you to?
