Reply Form not working

I added a truncated version of the generic reply forms in Publisher to my
site, and cannot get the form to work. It mentions that I need Front Page
98-not really sure where I get that one. I have minimal computer knowledge.

Which version of Publisher are you using?

Does Office Live offer FrontPage Server Extensions? Go to the support or FAQ
section of the site to find out. Are you using the free version of Office
Live web hosting?

Are you using XP or Vista?

What is the URL of the page where you have the form?

I am using Publisher 2007. Office Live apparently does NOT support Front Page
Server Extensions. No it is not the free version. Website page is
www.stlssc.com. Any other ideas since it does not support it?
