I have a user with Outlook 2002. Her emails that she forwards or
replies to does not have the arrows on her inbox. We are using an
exchange account for her inbox. She has 2 other inboxes(shared) that
are working fine, but her personal one is not. I have already did a
detect and repair which did nothing. I have reinstalled the software
which also did nothing. Is there an option to turn this on? Thanks.
