Reply mail sent not showing up in Sent Folder

When I creat a new email, and send, it will go to the Sent
Folder. However, when I reply to someone, and send it, it
does not show up in the Sent Folder. In Tools I have
checked the box to automatically put sent mail in the Sent
Folder. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
