Reply minimizes into background

Then Office 2002, and now 2003 on XP Professional. Occasionally but often,
when this user clicks on reply the new Reply window opens and appears
minimized on the taskbar. It won't maximize on top of the other windows and
requires the user to minimize all open windows, and then open the Reply
window. I have seen this happen.

Any ideas on a fix?

Do you have any add-ins like Plaxo?

No additional Add-Ins or 3rd party applications installed before or since.
Happened with Office XP, clean uninstall, clean install of Office 2003 and
still happens. XP Pro is a year old and stable. Both the OS and Office are
fully patched.

I don't have any ideas, then. Perhaps someone else will be able to make a
suggestion.
