Reply problem with two addresses

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with my Outlook 2003 program. I have two email
accounts (both POP3, same server and same login/password information.
I use one for my job mails, (e-mail address removed); the other one, I have
to send a link to different customers regarding a satisfaction survey,
so I send these emails from (e-mail address removed). I have no problems
to send the emails from both accounts when the email is new.

However, when I receive a message, no matter whether sent to
(e-mail address removed) or to (e-mail address removed), and I want to reply it, then
Outlook always picks customercare. Anyone has any inputs regarding
this matter?

I know that I can change the "reply with" address, and I have done it,
but I forget it very often. I already replied an email from my boss
with the "customercare" address and he made fun of me the whole day. I
appreciate any feedback you guys have to solve this.

Outlook MUST have a default send server, and I believe that you probably
have the customercare username and password as the default, so I'm
guessing that's why.

Your mail addresses are aliases of each other; i.e., they're actually the
same address, since they share a mailbox. Outlook can't distinguish between
them and I suspect that the "customercare" account is the default one. In
your situation, you will have to take care to always select the correct
account when sending the message.
