One of our users has been on Outlook 2003 for several months now. Up till a few days ago, everytime he would receive an email back (as a reply) from one of his sent emails, above the to, from etc fields, another button would appear saying that he replied to this email and if you click on the button, it would find the related items linked to that email. Now this button no longer appears - even though the emails are related to other emails. If I do a find -> related items , it does find the items and works fine

Any Ideas??
