I use just 1 signature block. I have Outlook configured to use the same
signature block for both original messages and any messages to which I reply
or forward to others.
We recently moved our office location and it was necessary for me to update
the phone number I used in my signature block. I also added a logo to the
signature block.
The new block works fine on all messages with I originate. However, any
message to which I reply, or forward, continues to use the OLD signature
block information (old phone number and no logo). I've only got one
signature block.
Has anyone else encountered this? Any ideas? BTW, I've already applied SP2
to Outlook 2003. It is attached to an Exchange 2003 server (where the
signature blocks are stored) and is running on a Windows XP SP2 workstation.
