reply text isn't visible to me on some emails

In some, not all, reply emails to me I see only my original message and not
the text of the respondents reply. There is a little envelope in the left
hand side of the header that says message but if I click on it, or right
click on it nothing happens. How can I see the text that has been sent to me
in a reply?

If someone else was copied on the email they can see the respondent’s text
and the copy that I have my email account automatically forward to my
blackberry has text that I can read on my blackberry. I just can’t see it on
my computer using outlook.

Someone please help me see the replies sent to me.

2. Does this happen only with email from certain recipients?
3. If you forward the mail to yourself but in Outlook but not the
Blackberry, does the text show?
4 Is this a corporate Blackberry? If yes, what version of the Blackberry
Enterprise Server is work using?
5. Have they updated the version of CDO on the BES?

1) I am using 2007
2) It only happens on some occasions not all from certain recipients.
Always it is a reply to a message that I originated.
3) I tried forwarding it to myself from first my blackberry and the
forwarded message is not visible on my outlook, just the original message
text, but it is visible on my blackberry. When I tried forwarding from my
outlook to my self, only the original message is visible from both my outlook
and my blackberry. Now on these emails there is an envelope icon on the left
side of the email and the word "message" and an attachment. The attachement
however is NOT the text sent by the person replying.
4) No it is not a corporate Blackberry. I am just having my Network
Solutions email forwarded to the Blackberry. But that is how I am seeing
that the message IS there, but not visible on my outlook.
5) I don't know what CDO or BES are???

I keep thinking that the message is attached somewhere and that is
associated with the envelope icon and the word message on the left side of
the email between the CC and the body of the text however when I try to click
on that icon nothing happens.

I have gotten forwarded emails from people in the past inwhich their forward
was visible but not the email they were forwarding, then you click on the
message icon and it opens up what they were forwarding but while this is a
similar icon these are replies not forwards and of course when I try to click
on the message icon nothing happens, left or right clicks.

I did try turning off my anti-virus scan of incoming emails and outgoing
emails but I haven't gotten any replies since then.
