Reply to address in body of email

Hi :D
I receive a lot of emails that are forms that people have filled out from
visiting my website.
I would like to set up an auto reply rule but I cannot see a way to do it as
the address that needs the reply is in the body of the email.
Is there a way to do this?

You could write code to get it done or get the form changed so that it submits
messages from the field on the form, rather than from some default address.

Thankyou for those suggestions.

Unfortunately both are no good for me. I have no idea how to write codes
and the website creater doesn't allow for that.

Anything else?
