Reply to all generates "The connection to MS Ex Server is unavaila

We've recently upgraded to Outlook 2003 and are testing a hosting environment
over RPC Http.

When working "disconnected" in Cached Exchange Mode, replies and forwards
work fine. However when I hit reply all i get the error:

"The connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook
must be online or connected to complete this action."


If I use my old profile which connects to Exchange 5.5 Server, this function
works fine when disconnected.

What's missing here?
