Reply to all mail has problem

Hi

In our Organization, we are using Microsoft Outlook 2003. When ever users
sending mail to our clients. The mail reach to client without any issue. But
when client reply in the same mail users can't view the replied messages.
They recevie the same content which they send to client.

But when we login in to our web mail we can able to see whole reply message.

Can any one help me in this regards.
