Reply to Christine re. Where is mailmerge?

The MAILMERGE function is missing from my TOOLS menu (Word

2000). There is only a "Merge Document" function. Where
has it gone and how can I get it back?

I've replied a couple of tmes but it looks as if you are not seeing the
replies. Which either means the replies are not there for you to see, or
that you haven't found out how to see them - if you are using the Microsoft
Communities web site to post your message, have a look for a small plus sign
in a box to the left of your original message, and click it. Any replies to
your message appear, though not necessarily very quickly. I would appreciate
it if you could check whether you can find those previous replies even if
this message happens to answer your question.

and how can I get it back?

Tools|Customize|Commands, select category All Commands, locate Mailmerge or
MailMergeHelper in the list on the right and drag it to your Tools menu.
