I have designed a survey form on my web page and I am offering a 25%
discount for customers that complete the survey.

When the customer completes the survey and presses the submit button a
confirmation page is displayed. I would like to be able to have the discount
code to show up on the confirmation page with an explination that this code
will not apprear anywhere else and the customer needs to write it down for
future use.

Can anyone help me or do I have to email them with the discount code?

If you are using the FP forms handler with html pages and the FP Server Extensions
- create a custom confirmation page with the code on it
- and set the form properties to use the custom confirmation page
(right click on your form for Form Properties)
