Reply to mail message sent from FrontPage Form

I have Exchange 2003 running on one server.
I have Windows Web edition hosting a few web sites on another server.
On one web site I have a form that sends an email to an internal user when
the form gets filled out.
I have the IIS set up with a default "from" email address.
I have the form set up to use the form field "Email" for a "reply-to" field
in the email that goes to the internal user.
When the user hits "reply" on the email, the "To" field is filled out with
the correct "Reply-To" address.
BUT when a server rule is set up to auto reply to the form user, the "From"
field is used in the reply email, not the "Reply-To" email address and so the
email does not get to the person that filled out the form, but to the server
setup default "From" address.

How can I fix this so that the email will go to the form users email
automatically?
Thanks,
Patrick
