You should be able to reply multiple messages at the same time by selecting
both and clicking reply, however, you can only forward multiple messages.
Let's say you have two emails from John
John 1.30pm
John 1.25pm
and you would like to send him one reply as John is slightly quick to hit
Send.
Then it should be like this:
