Reply using OFT removing HTML

I set up a rule to auto reply whenever certain mail messages arrive. I
designed an Outlook OFT file and it works fine except the reply strips
all HTML and just delivers the plain text. Is there a way to include
the HTML formatting in the reply message? It looks fine when I open the
OFT file, all the HTML is there. Using Outlook 2003.
