In Outlook, "Reply With Attachments" should be an option! At work, I have
accounts payable clerks who e-mail a number of staff (> 200) with attached
copies of invoices asking for approval. When the staff reply, the attachment
is no longer available so the "approval" does not tie to an attachment. And
using Forward is extra work for our staff. I also personally like to reply
with attachments so the attorneys/realtors with whom I am working can connect
my response to the "applicable" attachment. This option needs to be
re-instated (like I believe it use to be in earlier versions of Outlook and
is available in Lotus Notes)!
