Reply With Attachments

A user here had Outlook 2000 configured such that when
replying to a message having an attached file, the
attached file would be included back in the reply
automatically.

Help would be appreciated.

they must of used an addin - outlook doesn't include attachments on replies.
you need to forward or insert it yourself.
