Hi,
I am wondering if anyone knows an easy way to use good email etiquette for
replying where it is preffered to quote the person.

So for example, if I wanted to reply to this post then my reply email would
look like

I am wondering if anyone knows an easy way to use good email etiquette for
replying where it is preffered to quote the person.
JAKE: yes I know a good way.

hope this make sense, I don't want to have to paste it all in line by line
and respond.
I was hoping there was an add in or something.

Hi - I believe you have a reply to this message in one of the Exchange
groups. Please don't multipost - if you need to post to multiple groups,
it's best to crosspost instead, by posting a single message to a handful of
relevant groups (separate the NG names with commas) so that everyone can
follow the thread. Thanks :)

OK, I will work on that, but the answer still isn't right, there are many
people in this group that have the same issue and no one explains how to set
up the replying.
I still don't see a good example or anyone telling anyone else how to setup
outlook to do this properly.
