Replying certain mails in Outlook 2003 will turn off Word as edito

Hi,

I am having a strange problem with Outlook 2003 recently.

I was running Office 2003 with Serivce Pack 2. Word is always my e-mail
editor.

When I try to reply a particular mail, Outlook will hang for a while and
prompt an error message saying that Word is not installed or not the same
version as my Outlook, I will still be able to edit the mail but spell check
will not be activiated as Word will no longer be my e-mail editor.

I though my Office is corrupted or there is some bugs so I downloaded and
installed Service Pack 3.

The same issue still happen when I tried to reply an e-mail from a
particular person, the "Use word as e-mail editor" option will be
automatically un-checked after a error message saying Word is not installed
or not the same version as Outlook.

Any expert can help me with this?
