Replying to a message from another user mailbox

Hi All,

Some of my users have access to other users mailboxes, to cover for holidays
etc. Very often they access the other users mailbox from their own account to
view any incoming emails rather than using rules etc to be copied in when
that user is not in the office. Is there are a way that one user can open an
email from another user's mailbox folder and reply, currently an error
happens and an email is sent to that user saying that they do not have the
permissions to send to the recipients????

If they are set up as delegates, they can specify the name of the person
they are a delegate for in the From field. A message will then be sent with
"sent on behalf of" in the message header.
