Report and/or Mail Label

I have a call log database that contains support calls
that are taken by our HR department from
employees/retirees. They log all the respective
information regarding the support call on a form. Within
the form, I have the employee name and address. My users
would like to create a envelope and/or mailing label based
on whatever record they are on. For example, if they have
opened a support call for myself, they would like to
create a mailing address with my address. If possible, I
would like to add this to my existing form.

I could create a mailing label report but how do I limit
it to the record that I am on?

Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.
