Report application error

I have an access app and when I run it on a certain
workstation I get the following error. Application popup:
DDE Server Window: MSACCESS.EXE - Application Error : The
instruction at "0x77fcb7cf" referenced memory
at "0x000801c8". The memory could not be "written". The
error occurs when I attempt to preview a report. The
knowledge base says that this is a printer driver issue
with the HP4000 and recommends changing the printer
driver. I have an HP2200 installed as the default
printer. So I change the printer driver to correct this
problem? If so, which one should I use?
