Report as e-mail

[Amateur]

Dear Sirs
I would like to be able to send, with a command button click on a form, a
report to a specific email address (its only one e-mail address).
Can someone tell me if it is possible and if yes, can someone tell me on a
step-to-step basis how to do that?
