Report Background Defaulting to Gray

We are attempting to print out a series of reports for a
project. The reports are all currently defaulting to
background color of gray. We have looked throughout the
report properties and the colors appear to be set to
white for background. What are we doing wrong? Is there
some hidden place to change a reports global background
to white?
