report caption

I want to set the caption of my report to the value of a field.

For example the caption should be:
IIF ([fieldsex]=male, "Mr. ","Mrs. ") &[fieldlastname] & " annual report"

however i get the caption exactly as i typed it as opposed to the "Mr.
Smiths annual report"

how do i correct this?

In the ControlSource of an unbound Text control...
= IIf([FieldSex] = "Male", "Mr. ","Mrs. ") & [LastName] & "Annula Report"
You can not use calculations or concatenation in the caption of a Label control. Use a
Text control.
