I set color in my Detail_Format event which works.
It does not carry when I send out email docmd.sentObject via MS Word.

The color does not change when I receive the email report.

Are there any place ned configure at MS Word to carrry Report format from
Acess report?

Your information is great appreciated,

Disappointingly, reports seem to lose all formatting when you publish them,
even in HTML (well, at least that's what I'm getting with Access 2000 -
don't know if it's better in later versions).

You could try sending the report as a Snapshot and include a copy of the
free Snapshot Viewer as an attachment which your recipient would have to
install.

I use MS Access and Word 2003.
The report does not carry format from Access to Word.
It works fine in the Access.

Any work around for this?

Yes depending what you are trying to do that is a limitation of Access
especially 2000. If you are a commercial venture. Ie you have a budget
(aprox 500usd) for such things look into Chrystal reports.

It compatible with Msaccess and VBA ie you can build it into your
apps, The operation is similar to msacess reporting tool (on
steroids) so if you create reports in Access then almost the same in
Chrystal. Allows you to export to most known document types
(pdf,doc,xls) and keep your formating.

There are others that are good I am more familiar with Chrystal. I
switched to solve the very problem that you have.
