Report Data

I have created a database that tracks funds for scholarships, and i need to
create a report that groups by th year they expire. I have created that
report and it works well EXCEPT...when i view the report i only get data for
the year 2007. I would like to view a report that takes into account all the
data i have available, expired funds that have not been deleted and funds
that will be expiring in 2008...and on. Thanks in advance for the help. I
love the Microsoft community...they have helped me in the past and will
continue. I am currently using ACCESS 2003.

Folks migh be able to help again if they could see the SQL of the query the
report is based upon. But being how we ain't there to look over your
shoulder it is hard to say what to do.
So what about post that query SQL statement or report Record Source SQL
statement if you did not use a query.

Well, don't put a criterion in the query that limits the data to 2007, and
also don't base the query on a table which contains only 2007 data. Care to
give us some more information which might help us find the error in your
query?

Silly mistake, when i used the wizard to create the form i was using a query
that narrowed my data to 2007, i changed the request to use the tables that
contain all my data and now i get all the ranges. Thanks for the help from
both of you.
