Report design from size A4 to Letter

We have a few reports designed for paper size a4. This
reports were originally developed for european users. now,
we will have to distribute the same reports to north
america. the problem is the different paper size that is
used in na.

the problem is not resolved by just simply changing the
paper size in the page setup menu from a4 to letter as the
very right side is then cut off and shown on a new page.

i know, we could just modifiy the reports and adjust them
to fit letter format but that is simply not an option.

i am sure someone has come across the same problem.

Sorry for this rant, but the problem would not have arisen if the yanks
adopted metrication. They still insist in using feet, inches, pounds,
temperatures in Fahrenheit etc and worse still, their gallons are different
from ours. Perhaps the worst example is the US date format where, for
instance, 7/8/04 could be either 7th of August (as it should be) or 8th July
(in US speak). At worst, this could lead to a disastrous error. At least,
I'm sure this must have led to many missed appointments. When I was
working, I always ensured to spell out the month in any communications with
the US. Unfortunately, this courtesy was never reciprocated.

Just send the reports formatted in A4 - it's their problem, not yours!
