I am trying to design a report with the layout shown below

Jan Feb
Employee Manager Dept Forecast Budget Forecast
Budget
John Doe Sally Smith HR 100 70
70 80

The report would display all 12 months Jan – Dec

Is it possible to do this with a printed report or do I need to use a Pivot
report?

I was able to design the Pivot report. However, when I clicked the button
Export to Excel, the data in the detail area was lost (100,70,70,80). Is it
possible to retain this data during the export process?

One last question. How do you programmatically export the Pivot to Excel?
I would like to export the data to a specific network drive.
