Report doesn't print in color

Access 2K3, mde App that we distribute. We have a report (Invoice) that does
not print in color for some of our customers. All other reports in this app
print in color. Not all customers experience this issue. It is not
reproducible here (it always prints in color for us). We are using HP
printers; at least one of the customers experiencing the issue is using an
OKIDATA. Any suggestions?

Tell the customer to increase the REsolution(Quality) setting in their
printer driver.
