Report Export problems- Access to .RTF

I run a report in Access and it looks fine. When exporting to .rtf however,
some of the fields are truncated. Another user sitting next to me can export
the exact same report to .rtf without any problem - no truncation. Is there
something in my PC that could be causing the problem.
