Report Filtering

I have report that in the report properties dialog box
(data tab) Filter line I have Tract=238.45, which will
make this report show all entries in the "Tract" field
that are 238.45.

Now I want it to show all that are 238.45 AND 0.

How can I have it pull up multiple values when filtering,
using the report properties dialog box? What is the code?

Try

Tract=238.45 Or Tract=0

in the Filter line.
