Report for Cumulative Values

Hi

I very simply want to create a report and graph for each project showing the
Cumulative Baseline Cost, Cumulative Actual Cost and % complete on a monthly
bases.

What is the easiest way to do this? Each Project Manager will have about 5
to 10 Projects, so it's not a huge deal if there are some manual steps
involved, like importing to Excel.

Thanks in advance

Thanks Gérard,

Do you know if you can add extra fields to the 'Available Fields' when
exporting to Excel? Also the % complete results don't seem to show any lines
on the Graph even though the percentages are listed in the 'Time Scaled data'
tab of the excel sheet.

With Portfolio Analyzer can you view the percentage complete field as it's
not available in the list? Do you have any info on the formulas and fields
available under the 'Commands and Options' dialog box?

Thanks again

Robin,
I'm afraid that it's not possible to add any field in the 'Available Fields'
list. These are all the fields whose values can be spread along a timescale.
To see what are the fields which can be used in the Portfolio Anayser under
the 'Commands and Options' dialog , open the MDX example : Microsoft SQL
Server / Analysis Services / MDX Example
In the DB drop down list : select your OLAP Cube.
In the Cube drop down list, select the table MSP_ASSN_FACT
Expand all the nodes...

Hope this helps,
