Report for Non Working Time

Hello,

We are in the migration process from 2003 to 2007. In order to do so and to
keep the current project timeframes as accurate as possible I'd like to enter
PTO for all the resources as non-working time.

Is there a report i can run or create in PRoject or Project Server 2003 that
woul allow me to list out all the recorded non working time for all existing
resources?
