Report Format not Working when using Macro function of sendobject

I have a report that is formatted with a lot of text boxes that contains
language for lease contracts, etc. I have this report being called from a
Macro, whereby the report gets emailed. I am using a program called Express
click yes, but the problem is that the report is only showing the actual
data, it doesn't show any of the legal information or other stuff in the text
boxes.

I have tried the various options under the Macro format, like html, rich
text, etc. and none of them work.
