Report Format

I have a report that is group on Type

I want the page to break at each change in Type however I don't want it to
print the report total on a page by itself

At the moment I have a page break in the footer of Type which works fine
except that it prints the report total on a page by itself.

Is it possible to do what I want, if so how?

Thanks

Try removing the page break on the type footer, creating a
type header, and selecting page break before section in
the header. This should give you what you want.

Thanks but this gives me a blank page before the 1st Type
i.e a page with the report header only and then a new page for the 1st type
group

Any other suggestions?

Thanks again

That's odd. Make sure you don't have any page breaks set
on any other headers or footers, just the type header.

Are you using a PageBreak control in the group header? You
should be setting the group header section's ForceNewPage
property instead.
