Report Generate by user condition

Hi ,
I want to generate a report based on user condition.
Ex:Table
EmpNo Empname DOJ
21 John 2006/11/10
20 Mark 2006/10/20
22 Rosy 2006/11/11
19 Paul 2006/09/05

If the user want to generate a report between the two dates.
how to design the report this situation...?
