Report Group Interval of "2" starts on second grouping.

I am trying to group hours by 2
Group on "hour" (date\time)
Group Interval "2"

the results is
1:00AM, 2:00AM, 4:00AM

It should be 1:00AM, 3:00AM, 5:00AM

What can I do to resolve this?

Access gives these results because 1am is in the first 2 hours of the day
(between midnight and 1:59:59am), 2am is in the next group, and so on.

If you want to group them differently you could create a calculated field
that subtracts 1 hour from each time, and group on that in your report.
