Report Help

I'm making a report. But the report has to be longer than
the space allowed in the design view. What can I do to
make a form that is 6 pages long? None of the fields can
grow or shrink. The form is mostly a lot of check boxes
with some text fields.

For the report why not insert page breaks (see toolbox)
to break up then, for the form, you could use tabs?

Am I on the right track?

I looked at what you suggested. That will not work. Page
break will break the pages when it prints the report. I
need to increase the design area length in the details
section from 24" to a bigger size or find some other way.

I can not imagine a report design that requires 60 inches of
design space just to hold check boxes. Even if the check
boxes are all one obove another and use 1/6 inch of vertical
space, you could still get over 100 of them in the detail
section (on 2 or 3 pages).

I think there is probably something going on here that you
haven't told us about yet. Another key bit of useful info
is details about the report's record source table/query and
it's fields.
