Report in Word

Hi
I have a memo field (contaning a short paragraph) in my table that I
use a query to get into a report. This report I send to a word document
(.rtf actually). Unfortunately each line of the paragraph ends with a
hard return which it difficult for me to format the report in Word. Is
there a workaround in Access/Word that keeps the whole paragraph as
continuous text?

The key to the issue is the rtf, not the data. Try merging the information
directly to an actual Word document, not exporting as rtf.
