Report information based on resource name and allocation

Hi

We use MS Project 2003 for our project plans and have linked them into a
resource pool. We are wanting to extract a report from them which will give
us information for forecasting purposes.

I can get the information that I want but I would like to know how I could
get it more simply. The info I want is mainly contained within the resource
graph view. I want all of my resource names, the resource by percentage
allocation and weekend ending dates between a given range. Rather than
showing the graphical representation, we would like to see it by number ie
100%.

I want to be able to export this information into Excel. When I try to do
this I cannot export by week ending dates, and when I export the resource
name it includes all the tasks and I have to separate them out.

Please help

Have you tried using the Resource Usage View and adjust the timescale
(press the little magnifying glass +/- icons) to what you want? Use a
custom filter to only show the range of dates you want?
