Report not doing what it should.

Hi,

A report has been designed based on a query. When it is run it only
throws up one record although there are several that satisfy the
query. And it's always the same record. When the query is run it
throws up all the relevant records, so at least that works.

It took a long time to design the report so I'd rather not have to
start from scratch if possible.

I think I must have done something wrong, but what....?

go to the design view of the report and turn on the properties

make sure there is not anything in the report Filter property
