Report not keeping printer settings

We have a network printer that has a tractor feed custom paper size. In
report design view on printer settings this printer is selected for the
report to print to. This works fine, I then create a MDE file and this
also works fine. The problem is if I copy this MDE file to another printer
on the network then it will not print correctly. If I copy the MDB file to
the network computer open the report then the printer seems to have selected
Letter size printing and not the custom size that was selected before
copying the MDB across. If I then select the custom size from the paper
size drop down list the report prints fine and if I then make a MDE file
this also prints fine. This seems to happen with all the network computers
and I have to copy the MDB file to the computers and select the custom size
then make the MDE file. All computers are running Windows XP home. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.
