Report not showing record with a blank field

I have noticed that when i print my report if the organisation field is blank
the particular record does not show for a person even though it appears the
table source??? how do i fix this??

Presumably the report is based on a query.

the report wasnt based on a query i designed it using the wizard and
selecting fields from different tables

Open the report in design view.
Open the Properties box.
Copy the Record Source property of the report, and post it here.

The property is on the Data tab of the Properties box, when you are looking
at the properties of the Report (not of a text box.)
