Report of Incomplete Tasks within a Time Period

On our software development project, I need to produce a list of tasks for
each team member for the next milestone (build). I attempted to create this
report by filtering out all completed tasks and then producing a "Who does
what" report with a date range. Unfortunately, the completed tasks are still
appearing in the report. What am I doing wrong?

It would seem to me that a report of all incomplete tasks by resource should
be a standard report. Is there one that I am missing?

Keep working at it. Take a look at the custom reports. I'm pretty sure there
is a place where you can set the filter to use. Filtering the tasks on
screen is not enough. You need to set the filter in the report.
