Report of Vacation time by month using the resource calendar

I would like to run a report or view that would list by Month the resources
vacation for that month obtained from the Resource calendar and list this for
the entire year. Also, perhaps holidays. I would like this listed by month
and the resources under it or perhaps resources listed down the left and days
across the top.

Is there a macro that someone has that would perform this?

I can get a list by resource that has the calendar information it it but
that lists the information vertically and by each resource and that isn't
what I am looking for. I can get that by going to custom reports and editing
Resource(work) choosing calendar in the details. This seems to be the only
report I can run and I don't know enough to select from the resource calendar.

I know this is a common request but MS Project doesn't seem to have much for
non-project time.
